Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Massage Me, LLC handles information in connection with our client portal at massageme.llc, appointments, payments, and text messages.

Information we collect

We collect contact and account information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and email address; appointment details, service preferences, focus areas, and session notes; and package purchases, minute balances, and payment records. When you use the portal, we also process device identifiers, browser information, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If you consent to appointment texts, we maintain a record of that consent and your messaging preferences.

How we use information

We use this information to manage bookings, provide massage services, maintain client records and minute balances, process payments, verify sign-ins, communicate about appointments, respond to requests, and protect the portal against misuse.

Payments and service providers

Square processes card and digital wallet payments. Card details entered in Square's payment form are handled by Square; our app does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We retain payment references and transaction details needed to manage purchases.

We use service providers, including Square for payments, Twilio for text messaging and verification, and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. Information necessary to provide those services may be processed by these providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our clients, business, or systems.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with messaging providers only as needed to deliver and operate our messaging service.

Text messages and your choices

Login verification texts are sent when you request a sign-in code. Requesting a code does not enroll you in appointment reminders or marketing texts.

When appointment messaging is available, clients who explicitly opt in may receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and cancellation or rescheduling updates from Massage Me, LLC. Message frequency varies based on bookings and schedule changes. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to appointment texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

Web consent: After verifying your phone number in the client portal, you may select Yes, text me on the optional appointment-text prompt or choose Not now to continue without appointment texts. Signed-in clients who are not enrolled may also use Enroll in SMS updates. The prompt explains the message types, frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP instructions and links to this policy and our SMS Terms. Enrollment requires your affirmative choice; it is not automatic.

Verbal consent: You may also give explicit permission to studio staff in person or by phone. Before asking for a yes-or-no answer, staff explain the appointment messages, variable frequency, possible message and data charges, STOP/HELP instructions, and where to read this policy and our SMS Terms. Only a clear yes authorizes enrollment. Staff must document the consent date, phone number, disclosures, and who obtained permission.

Consent records: We retain consent and withdrawal records to honor your preferences and demonstrate permission. Web choices are stored in our server-side database with your client account, phone number, timestamp, and the disclosure wording and version presented. Clearing browser storage does not delete or change these records.

For appointment texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also turn off appointment texts in the client portal under Notification preferences, or ask studio staff to update your messaging preferences. Please do not send sensitive health information or payment card details by text.

If you previously declined, use Enroll in SMS updates to give fresh consent. If you sent STOP, use Re-enable text reminders to prepare a START text to (928) 977-8122, then tap Send. We wait to receive START before restoring enrollment. Logging in again does not by itself reverse an opt-out. See our SMS Terms for enrollment and messaging details.

Optional schedule push notifications

You may enable schedule-opening alerts in the client portal under Notification preferences. These are separate from SMS and require permission on each device. We store your notification preference and browser push subscription to deliver announcements through your browser provider. Message frequency varies with studio schedule announcements. You can turn off schedule alerts for all your subscribed devices in the portal, or block notifications for an individual device in its browser or system settings. We do not sell or share push subscriptions for third-party marketing.

Remembered sign-in and browser storage

The portal uses your browser's local storage to remember your phone number, account reference, and device identifier so you can return without repeatedly signing in. Sign out when using a shared device. You can also clear this site's browser data to remove locally stored information; doing so may require you to verify your phone number again.

Retention and protection

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. We use safeguards intended to protect client information, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Questions and requests

To ask about this policy or request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact Massage Me, LLC directly at your appointment or through the contact information on our studio website. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and may need to retain certain records for business or legal purposes.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
